Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of professionaldesigner.co.uk and the design services we provide.

Quotations. All quotations are valid for 30 days. Work begins on written acceptance and, for new clients, payment of any agreed deposit.

Intellectual property. Copyright in final approved artwork transfers to the client on full payment. Working files and rejected concepts remain the property of the designer unless agreed otherwise.

Revisions. Projects include the revision rounds stated in the quotation. Additional rounds are chargeable at the hourly rate agreed in advance.

Liability. Clients are responsible for final proof approval. We are not liable for errors approved at proof stage or for third-party production faults, though we will always help resolve them.
